One shortcode turns your existing posts and events into a beautiful, fully accessible timeline — five designs, your colours, no extra post type.

One shortcode — [ananevt_timeline] — weaves this site’s existing blog posts and events into a single accessible timeline: newest first, year pills on the line, an Event/Blog tag on every entry, and a “Load more” that works without JavaScript. Five designs ship built in; every colour can be changed from Settings. Pick a design below — each tab shows it live with the exact shortcode used.

Make it yours

Choose the default design, the Read-more text and nine colours under Accessible Events → Settings — every empty colour field keeps the accessible default. Narrow any timeline with source="posts" or source="events", a category="slug", or hand-picked ids="12,34,56", and switch featured images off with images="no". There is no separate “story” post type — the timeline always reflects your real content. WCAG 2.2 AA, keyboard-operable, reduced-motion safe.
